The proposed development provides pedestrian access to the proposed main centre building and multipurpose building from Dykegate Street. The development will enhance the pedestrian/ vehicular access point to the central courtyard area, providing an upgraded courtyard access arrangement. A new secondary access point to the site for pedestrians/ vehicles is provided along Avondale. This is to facilitate, inter alia, access to the artists’ studios and servicing for the development. A loading bay is provided along Avondale, within the site boundary.
