A new staircase has been added and an escape door accompanies this. The stairwell has been compartmentalised. New windows to new bedroom shave been added, where required. Sustainability: Environmentally friendly features like energy-efficient windows, wall insulation to miniminse heating and to prevent damp, Regulatory Compliance: We will adhere to all building and fire regulations, Fire Officer has viewd the plans and has no issue in principle. The buildings are not listed however we are not looking to extend or modify the form of the function. Timeline: We aim to complete the refurbishment within 12 months, ensuring high quality from local contractors.
